July Tomatoes 🍅 in January? A Farm Story in Two Parts

Tomatoes Canned and transplant

Notice God’s Wisdom is a continual gift of Divine Reset season upon season upon season.
Part 1-YES!  Safely preserved in a glass canning jar, July 2020, when the mother plants were 6-7 feet tall outside in the nurturing summer heat, these Tomatoes were used yesterday, January 13, in a delicious Italian sauce for our dinner, along with

homegrown Onions, garden Herbs and Farm-raised Sausage, slathered over one of the last of the Spaghetti Squashes and topped with homemade Mozzarella Goat Cheese.  Heavenly and healthy!  Part 2-And again, YES!  Since last year’s Tomato plants died in Fall Frosts, and were removed to the compost pile, these Two inch tall January Tomato seedlings 🌱 begin growing on their way to becoming the productive fruiting plants this July.
